Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders over $50; $4.99 on orders under $50

  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $9.99

  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $19.99

International Shipping

  • Standard International (10-21 business days): Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

  • Express International (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Note: Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days after order confirmation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Destination address

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Selected shipping method

  • Current carrier rates

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment. We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs based on actual carrier fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package in real-time using this tracking number on the carrier's website.

Delivery Address

Shipments are only delivered to the address provided during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your address before completing your purchase.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We reserve the right to require photographic evidence and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Signature Required Shipments

For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery at no additional cost. This protects both you and us.

Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (except for specific products)

  • Military APO/FPO addresses require separate arrangements

  • Certain restricted areas or territories

Free Shipping Eligibility

Free standard shipping applies to orders meeting the following criteria:

  • Delivery address within the continental United States

  • Order total of $50 or more (before taxes and shipping)

  • Standard shipping method selected

Promotional free shipping offers are subject to specific terms and exclusions as stated at the time of promotion.

Returns & Reshipment

If you return an item, reshipment of a replacement will be shipped free via standard shipping. Expedited reshipment options are available at an additional cost.
